Referral Credits FAQs
Referring your friends very easy
Just log in and go to ‘My Accounts’ on top of the page (near Cart button)
In the ‘Referral’ section, you can see your referral code e.g. ‘a123c’
You can refer your friend in any of the following 3 ways:
- Click ‘Copy your referral link’. It will look like this https://igoforlocal.com/my-account/?ru=a123c. Paste/share this link on their Whatsapp or Messenger and ask them to create their account using that link. Your referral code will be populated automatically during their registration.
- Enter their email address and click ‘INVITE’ button. In case you want to invite several friends, enter all email ids separated by comma and then click the ‘INVITE’ button. Again ask them to create their account using that link. Your referral code will be populated automatically during their registration.
- You can share just your referral code e.g. ‘a123c’ with your friends and ask them to update that referral code manually while creating their account.
Credits are the points that you get when you or your friends purchase some eligible products that pass on credits to you.
The number of points credited will vary from product to product and are subject to change. Also not all products pass on credits.
The Credit Points can only be used to purchase any product on Igoforlocal but cannot be encashed.
The Credit Points expire after 6 months from the day they were credited to your account, if not consumed before.
Referral Credits for Daily Tiffin FAQs
Points are credited up to 2 levels for Daily Tiffin.
Suppose customer A refers B, B refers C and C refers D.
In case C purchases Tiffin which is eligible for credits, on completion of the order, A may get x% and B may get y% of the tiffin’s price paid by C after all discounts are considered.
Similarly, if D purchases Tiffin, on completion of the order, B & C will get x% & y% respectively of the actual amount paid by D for the tiffin.
Here we are giving the credits to you without increasing the cost of the product and as such we are limiting it to only 2 levels.
We don’t want this to be like the MLM schemes where the initial product price is inflated so much, to pass commission at multiple levels but at the cost of customer.
